Strong, Attractive and Quality Luggage
I purchased this Delsey Sky Max to replace my old soft luggage and it is a vast improvement. It is lightweight, strong, very roomy and functional. The size is perfect for both short and long trips because you can expand its main compartment when needed. It also has lots of pockets in its exterior. The handle and wheels lets you maneuver it easily. I recently took it on my trip to California and they came back looking as good as when I left. I would buy this set again and recommend them most highly.

Great features
This is an excellent carry-on luggage, although it is a bit larger than my other carry-ons at 23". It is spacious and you can even expand its main compartment. However, mind that you don't overpack. Lightweight and easy to move around. Zippers feel sturdy and there are plenty of pockets.
Satisfied with customer service
Was excited to received this expandable carry on. However, when it arrived, there was significant crack in one of the parts holding the wheel. I immediately contacted Travaloo and Delsey to inform them about the issue. I appreciate the prompt response from them and they had sent me a replacement suitcase. The new luggage looks good. Tried to move it around the house and it rolled well. Looking forward to using this on my next trip. Thanks to the customer service.

Best luggage purchase ever
I do not usually write reviews unless the product is really awesome. This spinner carry-on from Delsey is amazingly lightweight and well-built. However, after I got home from my first trip, I noticed a rip in the bag. I contacted Travaloo and Delsey's customer support and after sending pictures of the damage, they sent me a replacement brand new bag which arrived within a few days. To recap, AMAZING LUGGAGE, AWESOME Customer service. Delsey is definitely my new go-to luggage brand.
