Eligibility
- Our LOWEST LUGGAGE PRICE™️ guarantee applies to identical products available for purchase from both Travaloo and any authorized competitor.
- The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of comparison.
Comparison Criteria
To qualify for the LOWEST LUGGAGE PRICE™️ guarantee, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Same brand, model, size, color, and specifications.
- Offered at a lower price by an authorized retailer.
- Comparable delivery and service terms (e.g., shipping costs, warranties)
Price Match Process
If you find an identical product offered at a lower price, simply provide our luggage agents at customers@travaloo.com with the following info as proof of the lower price:
- Screenshot of the website page with product and lower price
- Link to the competitor's website displaying the lower price
Exclusions
The LOWEST LUGGAGE PRICE™️ guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Prices offered by unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers on online marketplaces.
- Prices that cannot be verified are below our cost.
Price Adjustments
If you've already purchased a product from us and find a lower price from a competitor within 3 days, we will refund you the price difference.
