Trendy Delsey Set
I impressed myself with purchasing this set. It is actually trendy and defies the norm. The angora color makes it unique and easy to identify. It is also durable, particularly with the addition of corner protectors. An added bonus is that it has an integrated TSA-lock, as well as very maneuverable wheels. I'm very pleased with the set.
Great suitcases
We purchased these for a recent trip because we needed suitcases that were easier to maneuver than what we currently had. We used the large and medium ones for our travel. They worked great! Very easy to maneuver in most surfaces. They held up great through this trip!
Amazing set!
Love the subtle elegance of the angora color plus it is so easy to recognize at baggage claim. The wheels smoothly cruise through the airport and hotel. I am also amazed at how much I can pack into the carry-on size (21"). I had an issue with one of the pieces and the customer service was GREAT! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and I was very impressed with both Travaloo and Delsey.

I just got these, and so far they look great, easy to move, and are spacious! I also love the TSA lock, and it was easy to set up. They seem like they will be durable.
Good warranty coverage and after-sales support
Overall, the luggage set is very nice. However, one of the suitcases has a significant dent in one of its corners (not sure if it was during transport/delivery). I contacted the website/company and inquired about possible replacement or refund, as well as the complete information about warranty coverage. Customer service explained all the details to me and provided me with options on what to do. I successfully got the defective suitcase replaced and received a new one a week after.
