Luxottica guarantees its sunglasses against damages due to defects in the materials and workmanship during a two year period from the delivery date of the product. Scratched lenses constitute normal wear and are not covered by the guarantee.

Luxottica guarantees its sunglasses against damage arising from material and manufacturing defects that come to light over a two-year period from the date of delivery of the goods. You must inform Luxottica of such defects within the warranty period. Scratched lenses fall within normal wear and are not covered by the warranty, unless the item was reported as damaged at the time of delivery.
