WARRANTY AND PRODUCT SUPPORT
If your item was purchased at one of our Oakley authorized retailers, please first get in touch with them. If they are unable to assist you or you purchased your item with Oakley directly, please follow the instructions below to receive assistance with your Oakley items.
EYEWEAR WARRANTY POLICY
All Oakley eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for two years from the date of purchase with a valid Proof of purchase. Oakley’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of Oakley products (i.e. sunglasses fit with non-Oakley prescription lenses) will void warranty coverage.
For products purchased in California: Warranties on products purchased on or after July 1, 2023 will commence on the date of delivery of the product (not date of purchase).
