What is Your Return Policy?
We offer returns for any unused products delivered within the last 30 days. They must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with tags and labels attacked. All requests for a return must be received within the 30 day window, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Return Shipping
Free return shipping on all orders. Once we receive your return request, we will email you a label paid for by Travaloo. Simply drop off the package and label at a local UPS store.
Refund Timeline
Products that are returned damaged or used are not eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund, within 3-5 business days from your return delivery date. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed minus a restocking fee, which is 15% of the original purchase price. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
